Cancel the order
If you contact us promptly after purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is completed and the package is not shipped, you may cancel your order before your item is delivered. We will refund all your money. Packages are shipped and orders cannot be canceled.If you purchased pre-order items, please note that delivery will require additional waiting time.Deposits for pre-order orders are non-refundable once confirmed, and returns are not accepted after shipment.

About tax
In rare cases, an order may be charged customs fees by your government, not our website, and you will be responsible for these fees. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other country. Contact your local customs office to learn more about customs fees, duties, and taxes

PLEASE NOTE: The courier is always responsible for delivering the package. If a package is considered delivered by courier and has not been received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure that the merchandise is delivered correctly.

Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods. In order to dispatch those items we had to undertake many trainings about packaging and shipping those goods to comply with Government Import & Export Safety regulations. We are happy to announce that we can ship our products to most countries worldwide.

We would like to inform you that the shipping dates provided for all orders are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure events, natural disasters, severe weather, war, public holidays and other factors. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will retry a second delivery the next working day, if you are also absent on the second day please contact us.
